The location offered stunning sea views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The room was a good size, comfortable, and had a refreshing breeze from the open window. the bed was extremely hard, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep, and we encountered no staff during our stay, leaving us to navigate check-in via a phone number on the door.

The family room offered beautiful sea views and bright decor, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Communication from the staff was exceptional, reflecting their commitment to guest satisfaction. while the location was ideal, the dining area became uncomfortably hot during breakfast. the locked window in the room limited ventilation, making it a bit stuffy at times.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. Loved the sea view and being able to hear the waves. It was nice to open the window for fresh air. The bathroom was decent with enough space, and the shower was a nice size, not those tiny cubicles. But the furniture felt a little dated and could use some updates. the vibe was chill and cozy, perfect for a beach getaway.

missingWrote a review on Jun 07great locationsea viewscleanliness issues
Great location right on the Esplanade. cross the road and you're on the beach. The sea views from the rooms add a pleasant touch to the stay, making it a decent spot for relaxation.
Significant issues with cleanliness were a letdown, including stained sheets and worn-out furniture that felt uncomfortable. The decor overall is outdated, badly in need of refurbishment, which didn't match the price point. a lot of guests felt the mattress could really use a replacement, as springs were noticeable during sleep. Noise from nearby activities disturbed the night, affecting sleep quality consistently, and it felt unnerving to enter such a dark hotel without staff present during the evenings—more lighting and a stronger staff presence would help. the dining experience left something to be desired. breakfast options were underwhelming and lacked variety.
